Print hard PVC compact panels

Rigid PVC compact panels are a composite material consisting of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and a rigid PVC layer. These compact panels are particularly robust and resistant to influences such as moisture, UV radiation, heat and cold.

The rigid PVC compact panels have a smooth and homogeneous surface and are available in various colors and thicknesses. They are often used indoors and outdoors, for example as cladding for walls, ceilings, facades or as material for furniture construction or exhibition stand construction.

Rigid PVC compact panels are easy to process, for example by sawing, drilling, milling or bending. Printing, painting or laminating the surface is also possible. The panels are also flame-retardant and can also be used for fire protection.

If you choose rigid PVC compact sheets as the material for your project, you have the option of printing them either on one side or both sides using UV direct printing or ordering them unprinted.

With UV direct printing, the ink is applied directly to the surface of the rigid PVC compact sheets and then hardened using UV light. This enables fast and precise printing in high quality and with bright colors. UV direct printing is particularly suitable for printing logos, images or lettering on rigid PVC compact sheets.

Alternatively, you can also order the rigid PVC compact panels unprinted. You can choose between rectangular and free shapes, depending on the requirements of your project. If you order the rigid PVC compact panels unprinted, you have the option of further processing them yourself, for example by sawing or drilling, to adapt them to your individual needs.
