Our full-coverage film made from high-quality Avery MPI 1105 Cast film is ideal for long-term use on all types of vehicles, worldwide: No matter what the weather conditions are like, our full-coverage film, printed for you in photo quality, can handle just about anything. From the Arctic to the Sahara, thanks to their operating temperature tolerance of -40 °C to +80 °C, you can attach our cast stickers to pretty much any vehicle of your choice.

And our cast film also passes what is probably the toughest test for full vehicle wrapping with flying colors: it even withstands visits to car washes. How is that possible, you ask? We only use high-quality branded film from Avery for our cast adhesive films, which is already very durable. After applying your print motif, we also seal it with an ultra-resistant UV protective laminate. This means that your full wrapping is well prepared – and, if you follow the included application instructions and care tips, it will last a good five to seven years.

By the way, don’t worry if you want to change the car design at shorter intervals: If necessary, you can of course remove the film earlier. Without leaving any residue and without causing any problems with the car paint.

If you select our “free form” option for cutting your cast adhesive film and specify a cutting line in your print template, we will cut your sticker individually with a cutting plotter after printing your motif. But your desired shape is beyond all limits? Even for more complex shapes that cannot be reproduced with a simple contour cut, feasible solutions can often be found.

Preparing for vehicle wrapping: A few tips

Your vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned in a car wash before the cast adhesive film is applied. Important: Do not use any surface-sealing products, do not apply any products containing so-called “nano technology” and check after washing that there are no traces of polish or preservative wax anywhere. You may need to remove these with a silicone remover. After cleaning, unscrew any external components of the vehicle that may be causing problems and treat the areas of the vehicle to be covered with isopropanol.

Before applying the cast adhesive film, make sure that your vehicle is completely dry in all areas where it is to be applied: it is therefore best to wash the car one day before the actual application. In order to remove any residual moisture, you should carefully blow out any recesses, beads or rubber seals with hot air. Once you have ensured that your vehicle has at least the recommended application temperature of +15°C for our cast film, you can start applying the film: detailed instructions are of course included with our cast film stickers.
