The folding signs are made from our ultra-light 3 mm thick hollow chamber panels : Inside these hollow chamber panels made of printable plastic there is a honeycomb structure that makes the panels absolutely stable, break-proof and impact-resistant. This makes this material really ideal for estate agent folding signs: Simply fold into shape, then simply attach with double-sided adhesive tape to the window pane of the property to be sold, for example – it will hold! And it can be used outdoors for up to six months without any problems – for example, you can decorate your model apartment in the building with a folding sign and, with a bit of luck, after the advertising phase you will have successfully sold all the properties in the building to new tenants or owners.

We print real estate agent folding signs in the size of your choice using UV direct printing. The folding signs have two adhesive flaps that are 5 cm wide. You then simply fold these away and stick them to your window or advertising space using the double-sided adhesive tape (which we have stuck to the back for you).

Real estate agent folding sign layout: tips and tricks from the nose sign professional

For real estate agent folding signs that should be equally legible from both sides – for example for rental properties in streets with a lot of pedestrian traffic in both directions – it is recommended to print your logo/telephone number and, for example, the note “for rent” on both sides of the main fold in a 50/50 layout and then choose the central angle between approximately 50 and 90 degrees when sticking it on.

This means that your estate agent folding sign will be visible on both sides and will stand out in the passers-by space. In locations with strong winds or in narrow alleys, however, you should choose a wider central folding angle, between approximately 100 and 120 degrees: This will still give you very good three-dimensionality, but the estate agent sign will be less exposed to wind pressure. You don’t need to change anything in the 50/50 layout for this.

When designing your folding sign, please note that the left and right edges of the sign will be grooved at intervals of 5 cm. This creates an adhesive flap onto which we will apply double-sided adhesive tape to the back.
