Our exterior wall sign materials have a lot in common: They are all extremely resistant to weather influences or mechanical damage. The low weight of the high-tech materials makes them much easier to install than previous company signs. They are naturally resistant to moisture and are also dirt-repellent and easy to clean. The main difference is the appearance:

Acrylic glass company signs impress with their extremely smooth, very stable surface in glass look – without the many disadvantages or the weight of a real glass plate. You can choose between a frosted glass or opaque white glass look as the basis for your facade sign.

Facade signs made of aluminum composite panels consist of a stable plastic core with a double-sided aluminum coating. We offer these modern aluminum panels with a single-colored matt or glossy aluminum front or (under the name “Butler finish”) with a silver or gold-colored, brushed aluminum front panel.

For particularly long-lasting, extremely weather-resistant facade lettering, we recommend the foil printing process with a durability of five to seven years. Here, your artwork is first printed on a vinyl adhesive film, which is then coated with various protective and hardening varnishes – UV protection against fading, protective laminate against scratches and other damage. This foil-varnish combination is then firmly glued onto the selected sign material. This means that your facade sign is optimally protected against external influences, weather and mechanical damage and looks particularly elegant. In contrast to plate printing, foil printing allows the facade sign to have both a matt and a high-gloss look.

The plate printing process eliminates various production steps, so we can offer you these facade signs at a particularly low price: The ink is sprayed directly onto the panel material, then immediately dried with UV light and hardened several times. The printed image is elegantly satin-matt. With effect panels such as the aluminum composite Butlerfinish, UV direct printing achieves particularly striking results: The translucent printing ink combines with the metallic background color, creating exciting effects. In addition, white color can of course be used to completely or partially back or overprint. The durability of the plate-printed facade signs is on average around three years; we therefore recommend this printing process especially for short and medium-term projects and also if you can attach your sign in a protected outdoor area.

Don’t worry, the colors and panels we use always match each other perfectly from a technical perspective – so which facade sign material you choose remains your personal aesthetic decision.

Plate printing on the Butlerfinish plates produces particularly effective visual results. However, you should note that the plate printing process only allows a matt print image and the durability of the signs is limited.

In foil printing, facade signs generally last about twice as long – around 5 to 7 years – so the additional costs are quickly put into perspective; the resistant protective coating also creates a particularly elegant look. You can order foil-printed facade signs with a matt or high-gloss finish.

We offer a range of elegant wall spacers for secure, easy-to-use mounting of your facade advertising . With such a solution that is slightly raised from the wall, you can really show off your facade sign. Alternatively, you can of course simply anchor your sign to the house wall; with metal facades, there is nothing wrong with simply riveting it. However, when making your print template, make sure you take the required distance for the later placement of the wall spacers, screws or rivets into account so that a decorative cap does not cover your motif later. By the way, we are happy to pre-drill your sign for you if you wish – this really makes installation child’s play.

Design your outdoor advertising however you like – as long as you take our general print data requirements into account, almost anything is possible. However, when choosing the colors of your wall motif, we advise you to ensure that there is a sufficiently strong contrast to the color of the exterior facade: after all, your outdoor wall sign should be as eye-catching as possible and not blend into the wall like a chameleon!
