Acrylic glass lamination or direct printing: A process with a deep effect

When printing acrylic glass signs, you can choose between foil printing or direct printing. With both printing methods, we print on the back of the acrylic glass. To do this, we mirror your print template before printing the acrylic glass sign.

• Foil printing: Here we print a crystal-clear, completely transparent adhesive film with your desired motif. We then stick a white, transparent or frosted glass-look backing onto this printed film. We then laminate (stick) this combination onto the back of the acrylic glass sign. The foil printing and the backing are very scratch-resistant and have excellent UV resistance.
• UV direct printing: With direct printing, we print directly onto the acrylic glass sign without using foil. Here, too, we print the back with your desired motif. Optionally, we can backprint the entire surface or parts of it with the special color white. Very elegant effects can be achieved, especially with partial white printing. The print is opaque in all areas printed with white. All other areas remain translucent and the color transparent.

Any dust deposits can be easily removed with antistatic plastic cleaner, which you only need to spray on and wipe off with a soft cloth.

By the way: if your company address or logo changes, an acrylic glass sign is also the best option: if necessary, we can remove the old print from the acrylic glass plate and laminate a new print as desired. This is particularly cost-effective and also makes ecological sense.
